We, the Stewards of the Ancient Circle of the Arrow (ACA) offer a program based on the ideals of Dr. E. Urner Goodman, founder of the Order of the Arrow. Instead of an American Indian theme, our program is based on universal worldwide ancient culture.
Stewardship of the Ancient Circle of the ArrowWe embrace a positive worldview that encourages youth to develop, excel, and extend the fruits of their abilities to improve the world around them. We Stewards offer assistance in adopting this program to any Scout organization.
A “Steward” is someone who cares for something but does not claim ownership of it. We help you craft your own program that will belong to you, not us.
Our ceremonies were designed by a think-tank of Scout leaders, the Guild of Induction Experience Designers.
In contrast, this Stewardship of the Ancient Circle of the Arrow is focused on delivery of the program to Scout organizations throughout the world.
